​We are so proud of our youth at Mt. Pleasant MBC. Not only do they love their church and love each other, they share that love with others. They are also a very talented group of kids. We have youth in our church that attend several different schools and we are proud of the way they represent their church. Over the last couple of weeks we have seen Josie Crump, Cammie York, and DeShala Golden and their Jr. Lady Trojans team go undefeated and win the District Tournament. Bo Stewart and the Jr. Trojans also won the District Tournament. Mikayla Bright and the Jr. Lady Knights from Centerpoint won their District Tournament. During this last week, Mikayla Feemster and the Sr. Lady Outlaws were District Runner-Ups, Brayden Crump and Courtney Owens and the Sr. Lady Trojans were District Champs and Luke Stewart, Lance Golden, and Cole Edwards were District Runner-Ups!! We also want to congratulate Coach John Bright and his Sr. Lady Knights for winning the District Tournament and they were also conference champs. We are so proud of all of you. Good luck this week to those who will be moving on to the Regional Tournament. Also, congratulations to Jansen Cowart and the Murfreesboro Rattlers for winning the State Championship in Quiz Bowl!! God is good all the time...all the time God is good!!!
